UK - Orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, and will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase.

WORLDWIDE - All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail international, signed and tracked. Delivery time is usually 5-10 days.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: I'm not responsible for items that aren't received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. If items are marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, they will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

• International delivery may take longer because of customs. I am not responsible for custom/duty charges that you may be liable for, although this is unlikely. Please refer to your country's government website for more information on this.

• If your package gets lost in transit, I will do my best to help you. However, once an item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. I am a small business and cannot offer a refund for packages lost in transit or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. ​

• I take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure that they arrive safely. However, if on the rare occasion a drawing does arrive damaged, sadly, as a small business I cannot offer a refund.
